eTrainer/eLearning Developer - Hiring in process/Finished, not possible to apply

CEJN group, with its 17 sales companies and headquarter in Skövde, develops, produces, markets and sell quick connect couplings for compressed air, hydraulics and fluids. To our headquarter we are looking for a eTrainer/eLearning Developer who will focus on how to make learning engaging and memorable for different types of audience.

The eTrainer/eLearning Developer’s role is to partner collaboratively across the CEJN Group to design and deliver training materials using our Learning Management System (LMS). To serve as a “Super user” and manage the distribution/assignment of learning material according plans closely coordinated with Product Divisions and Marketing Communication.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyze learning needs to be able to effectively determine learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps in the target market
• Create instructionally sound, interactive, eLearning materials leveraging existing training documents, presentations and tools
• Promote collaboration, partnership and relationships among the participants and stakeholders in the eLearning project (Product Managers, Marketing Communication and Sales Companies employees) and beyond to other CAB functional departments.
• Maintain and update online training materials as required
• Overall eTraining management and create status reports of online training development progress

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent with a focus on rhetoric and communications
• Pedagogical experience or deep interest in learning and development roles
• Ability to synthesize complex topics into easy-to-understand training materials
• Strong organizational, project and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Swedish and English) in an effective, global/multicultural manner
• Strong collaboration skills with ability to work both independently and within a team
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with solid self-management skills
• Creative thinker to conceptualize content, and then have the organizational mind to create a pragmatic plan of action
• Highly motivated, curious, concise and articulate with a strong attention to detail and ability to see and work towards a big picture
• Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, quickly changing environment and deadline driven
• Familiarity with Learning Management System operations and with Adobe Creative Suite software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or other viable rapid authoring tools is meritorious

Position is located at CEJN AB Head Office in Skövde.

Some travelling may occur.

The position is fulltime and you report to Head of Marketing
