BI Specialist

Are you the person we are looking for to be part of our global BI team with the aim to continue to develop CEJN’s global quick connect coupling sales?

CEJN group, with its 17 sales companies and headquarter in Skövde, develops, produces, markets and sell quick connect couplings for compressed air, hydraulics and fluids. To our headquarter we are looking for a BI specialist who will develop our Business Intelligence and prospecting in close cooperation with marketing, sales and product development with a primary focus on Europe.

Business Intelligence is one of the key functions in our sales process and by strengthen our capabilities and competence we can be aligned with the never-ending evolution in digitalization and we want to be in forefront when it comes to utilizing the tools available

Your role

You will be main responsible for providing our global organization with qualified leads and business opportunities by analyzing segments and identifying prospects for our applications and products.

Work in close cooperation with the sales companies and support them as well as CEJN headquarter in specific research projects. Conduct market and segment analyzes for CEJN AB product divisions supporting product launches and other business development projects.

Be an active part in developing tools and prospecting methods in the CEJN group and take part in our global Market Development Group with representatives from our sales companies.

As CEJN group is using Microsoft CRM you will be part of development and support in one of our core tools in the CEJN sales process

Experience/education

You have an academic degree or equivalent with a focus on BI, Marketing/Sales. Experience in CRM, Marketing Automation and analytical work is meritorious, you have a genuine interest for analytical work and usage of various digital tools.

We are looking for an analytical and self-driven person, comfortable in taking own responsibility and with a sense for details. Fluent Swedish and English in both writing and speech is mandatory.
